Vireo Growth Partners is the result of two brothers having acquired, grown and exited multiple business.  The challenges, the relationships, and ultimately the joy of seeing something we built take a life of its own, is something we want other owners & founders to experience.

We’re operators first, taking care of our team and our customers.  When we partner with other companies, these principles drive how we approach founders and owners.  If we don’t know how to grow your company beyond what you’ve already done, we won’t waste your time.  And when we engage, we’re hands-on from the first day.

Chirag Richards-Desai

Chirag (“Chi”) is an experienced technology entrepreneur and operator currently focused on scaling SaaS and tech-enabled companies in the education and cyber sectors. As the founding partner of a management consultancy, he also serves in executive positions as growth and financial advisor to several companies.  Chi is operating partner at Chloe Capital, an gender & diversity focused VC firm.  He also serves as a board member on local non-profit organizations.

Akash Desai

Akash has founded and exited two high-growth SaaS companies with exit amounts in eight figures. He has done this with absolutely no outside investment – opting for focused action, customer-centrism, and sales over fundraising. Akash’s expertise revolves around building and motivating a team and creating a vision and strategy for a company and translating those into actionable and measurable tactics. Akash is adept at growth strategy (via acquisitions, engineering high same-customer growth, and channel partner development), product strategy, and operations.
